Known Bugs

Bug Fix 1
If you have Weddings Addressed version 5.01, 5.02, 5.03, 5.04, 5.05, 5.06 or 5.1.2 download this file to a temporary folder. Then run it to install the fixes.

After you install this fix install the Weddings Addressed Update to get the latest version of Weddings Addressed.

Bugs Addressed:
Reports fixed. Version 5.01 had a runtime error when running the reports.

Physical Database Not Found error when running reports fixed.

Return Address can not be updated fixed. Version 5.01 and 5.02 did not allow the user to update the return address field.

Bug Fix 1b
Runtime error when opening reports
If you still get a runtime error after you run Bug Fix 1 download and install BugFix 1b. It may take a few minutes to download 10MB

Bug Fix 2
If you have Weddings Addressed version 5.01 and cannot save addresses due to a runtime error when you press Save on the Enter Addresses screen BugFix 2 will fix it.

Return Address can not be updated fixed. Version 5.01.

CAUTION: This Bug Fix 2 will DELETE ALL of the names that you have entered. If you have already entered names and addresses into Weddings Addressed call product support before downloading.

Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object.
Microsoft has comfirmed this to be a bug in Office 2000 with SR-1. The fix is a quick download/install.

Where will I find my activation key?
This is one of the most common questions. The activation key a sixteen digit code that is on the back of the jewel case the Weddings Addressed CD came in.

Once you have entered a few names into Weddings Addressed they will be available to add to any mailing list (except the Weddings Addressed list). To add the names, select and existing list or add a new list on the Manage Mail list Screen. Drag the house hold from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen.

Why won't the font I'm using print?
Weddings Addressed will use any font that is installed on your PC as long as it is a True Type font. The font you have selected is either not properly installed or is not a True Type font.
