download
this file to a temporary folder. Then run it to
install the fixes.
After
you install this fix install the Weddings Addressed
Update to get the latest
version of Weddings Addressed.

error '429': ActiveX component can't create object.
Microsoft
has comfirmed this to be a bug in Office 2000 with
SR-1. The fix is a quick download/install.
